Purpose: NJIIMNET® is a digital platform that connects buyers, sellers, and importers of motor vehicles and facilitates vehicle advertisements, inspection services conducted by certified garages, and vehicle importation requests and competitive bidding. NJIIMNET® does not own, sell, purchase, import, export, inspect, or broker vehicles, nor does it act as an agent, dealer, or representative of any user. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Registration Requirement: Users must create an account and log in to access the platform's selling and buying features.
Account Information: During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete information and keep their account details up to date.
Account Verification: Before selling or buying, users are required to provide a government-issued ID, preferably a driver's license or NIDA, to verify their identity and ensure a secure transaction environment.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Connection Service: NJIIMNET® acts solely as a connector between sellers, buyers, and certified garages for inspections. NJIIMNET® does not own, buy, or sell vehicles directly; all cars are owned by the respective sellers.
Honest and Accurate Listings: Sellers are required to provide honest, complete, and accurate information about their vehicles. Any misleading information may lead to the suspension or removal of listings.
Ownership: Sellers must be the legal owners of the vehicles they list or have proper authorization to sell on behalf of the owner.
Open Communication: Buyers may communicate with sellers at any time using the contact details provided by the seller on their listing.
Contact Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date to facilitate smooth communication with potential buyers.
Inspection Availability: Sellers may choose to have their vehicle inspected and graded by an certified garage at any time.
Verification Badge: Upon completion of an inspection, the car will be listed with a verification badge, which signals the vehicle has been reviewed by a professional.
Inspection Result: For inspected cars, a summary of grading and inspection result is displayed on the listings to give buyers an accurate view of the car's condition as inspected by certified garages.
Inspection Validity: Inspections are valid for 3 months from the date of completion, as long as the vehicle remains with the same owner. Sellers are responsible for requesting a new inspection if the vehicle is transferred to a new owner.
Ungraded Cars: Vehicles that have not been inspected will be listed without a verification badge and with a clear wording to show that the vehicle is ungraded.
Costs and Agreements: Inspection charges may apply and are set by agreement between the seller and the garage. NJIIMNET® does not charge or set rates for inspections.
Duration Options: Sellers can choose from listing plans with durations ranging from 1 to 30 days, each with its respective price as displayed on the platform.
Payment Requirement: Listings will only appear on the platform once the advertisement fee is paid.
Renewal of Listings: Once the advertisement duration has ended, sellers may re-list their cars by selecting and paying for a new listing plan. Payment is required each time a seller wishes to list a car on the platform.
Purchase Agreement: Buyers acknowledge that the platform only guarantees the accuracy of listings for cars that are inspected by certified garages.
Verification: Buyers are recommended to check for a verification badge to know if a vehicle has been inspected or not.
Inspection Review: For vehicles with a verification badge, buyers are encouraged to review inspection results carefully to make well-informed decisions.
Ungraded Cars: For vehicles without a verification badge, buyers acknowledge that the responsibility for inspection rests solely with them, and they assume all associated risks regarding the car's condition and suitability for purchase.
Request Submission: By submitting an Agiza request through the Platform, the Buyer represents and warrants that all information provided is true, accurate, and submitted for the genuine purpose of purchasing a vehicle.
Request Validity: Each request remains open for an initial limited timeframe before expiry or closure, as determined within the platform. The validity time may vary based on system settings and activity.
Explicit Consent to Disclosure of Contact Information: The Buyer expressly consents to the collection, processing, and disclosure of their personal information, including but not limited to name and telephone number, to registered Dealers who elect to respond to the Agiza request by paying the applicable fee or by sending their offers.
Scope and Purpose of Disclosure: Buyer contact information shall be disclosed solely for the purpose of enabling Dealers to respond to the relevant Agiza request and to communicate with the Buyer in connection with a potential vehicle transaction.
Access to Agiza Requests: Registered Dealers may view Agiza requests in anonymized form and, at their sole discretion, elect to respond to such requests.
Payment for Access to Buyer Contact Information: Upon responding to an Agiza request, the Dealer agrees to pay the applicable fee in order to unlock and access the Buyer's contact information. The Dealer acknowledges that the fee is charged exclusively for access to Buyer contact information and the payment does not guarantee Buyer engagement, responsiveness, or completion of any transaction.
Permitted Use of Buyer Information: Dealers agree that Buyer contact information shall be used strictly for purposes directly related to the relevant Agiza request; shall not be copied, stored beyond reasonable necessity, shared with third parties, sold, or used for unsolicited marketing or any unrelated purpose; must be handled in compliance with applicable data protection, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
Direct Dealings and Assumption of Risk: All communications, negotiations, and transactions occur directly between the Dealer and the Buyer. The Platform is not a party to, and shall bear no liability for, any agreement, payment, delivery, misrepresentation, dispute, loss, or damage arising between them.
Fees and Refund Policy: All fees paid to access Buyer contact information are final and non-refundable once such information has been revealed, regardless of the outcome of any communication or transaction.
Misuse, Suspension, and Enforcement: Any misuse of Buyer information, including harassment, spamming, misrepresentation, or unauthorized disclosure, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Dealer's account, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Platform under applicable law.
Platform Liability: NJIIMNET® acts solely as a facilitator and does not act as a dealer, broker, agent, or representative of any Dealer or Garage. The Platform does not endorse, verify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any Dealer, offer, vehicle, or transaction. Any engagement with a Dealer is undertaken at the Buyer's own risk.
Inspection Services: NJIIMNET® itself does not perform inspections, it only works to facilitate and ensure that inspections are conducted by trusted, experienced garages. Buyers review of inspection & grading is recommended.
Car Importation: NJIIMNET® itself does not import cars, it only facilitates the connection between customers with importers. The platform does not guarantee the quality of importation services or the accuracy of offers made by importers.
No Obligation to Transact: Submission of an Agiza request does not create any obligation on the Buyer to accept an offer or conclude a transaction with any Dealer or Garage.
Violations of Terms: Failure to comply with these terms, especially in providing honest car details, may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
Account Suspension: The platform reserves the right to take necessary actions, including limiting or suspending access, to maintain the integrity of the service.
NJIIMNET® reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance.
